As I mentioned in my last post I joined Ava Anderson 8/2009. When I joined it was to truly spread our health message and to empower consumers to make safe choices and show them they have options.
Direct Sales was very foreign to me and really I did not have much time to devote. At the time I joined Ava I was newly engaged, a mother of a just 2 year old and a full time Loan Officer; so see really I did not have time. What I realized is when you become passionate about something you FIND the time. In my first full month with the company I did over $1K in sales and earned over $350.00 in commissions. I've never looked back. I began to build my business slowly but steadily until I really understood what I was doing. Creating a calendar of when I would work my Ava business was up to me, and it enabled me to fit it into my crazy schedule. This is one of the best things about working at Ava Anderson, you make the job fit your life.
Fortunately for me, my direct sponsor was flowering with the company and had learned quickly how to support her team and guide us to success. She implemented some great systems to help us build an empire. All of these systems and more are available to anyone who joins our team.
